We did not want to become another mortgage company who simply catered for the masses where their customers are simply not looked after or given the attention they deserved.
It was also important for us to keep that personal touch with each and every client. At Amazon Mortgages we are proud to say that we know all of our clients by first names. Thats because our advisors take the time to truely bond with our clients. It is a service we stand by.
At Amazon Mortgages we pride ourselves on customer care and experience. When you speak to one of our advisers you will notice that we listen to you, not talk over you or speak at you like programmed robots you may find at large "call centre" type lenders.
Amazon Mortgages set out to treat every cleint who decided to pick up the phone and call us with the greatest respect, and to really listen and respond appropriately.
Naturally, all our advisers are fully CeMAP qualified and abide by FSA regulation. However, whilst there are many other qualified advisers not all of them can really understand and relate to your situation.
We understand that when you call a company asking for help of this kind, the information you give is sensitive. Very often this can be stressful and difficult to disclose to a complete stranger. It doesn't help when the response is "robotic" or "scripted". i.e the advisor is trained to collect data only - not your life story.
Today this service still stands and we are proud to be different from the rest.
